The telephone order je taká, kedy zákazník volá na vaše dispečingové (centrálne) telefónne číslo, náš systém vyhodnotí zákazku a pridelí jú voľnému vodičovi.

Online order over the web is a type of planned order that a customer can enter online with a certain starting point, exit point, date and time, as well as how many people need to go.

Plánovaná objednávka od vodiča is similar to an online order, except that it is entered by the driver himself on the basis of demand, whether by phone, personal or any other.

Transferred order from a colleague is one that can be moved in real-time by two drivers in a very intuitive way.

Zákazka zo zákazníckej aplikácie sa zobrazí vodičovi s informáciami o adrese nástupu, výstupu aj s cenou. Takúto zákazku nevie presunúť, ani preplánovať.

What does the system monitor and evaluate?

The system always takes into account only logged drivers in the application, which they are currently working.

Each driver has it's current status - free, busy or pause. Free means that it accepts orders, occupied it is just on the order but can accept the next one and the pause means that the driver does not accept any orders at the moment.

Drivers are always obliged to decide what to do with the order they have been assigned to, on a simple screen where they have the option to order: accept, cancel, move to na kolegu alebo preplánovať na iný čas (časovka).

Telefonické objednávky sú priradené vždy až vodičovi, ktorý reálne raises the call. You can use the system to set how many seconds a call is ringing to one driver while the call is forwarding to the next. Thus, the system will ring all the drivers until one of them picks up. The customer does not know anything about it, just hear the phone ringing sound.

The driver can cancel the aimed incoming call (for example, it has been set to „free", but the current situation does not allow him to receive a call), in which case the customer still does not know anything (hears the ring), the system automatically redirects the call to the next free driverand that way it can go round to the last free one.

Systém SENSET je schopný sa naučiť obvyklé miesta nástupov a výstupov Vaších zákazníkov, čo veľmi spresní a zefektívni prideľovanie zákaziek vodičom.

Na základe obvyklého miesta nástupu zákazníka v danom čase, systém vyhodnotí či je po blízku voľný vodič, alebo či k danému zákazníkovy smeruje iný vodič s prebiehajúcou zákazkou.

Other typical situations that are solved in the application are e.g.:

  • canceling an order ktorú zruší zákazník, v tomto prípade dostáva ďalšiu zákazku ten istý vodič.
  • transferring the order inému kolegovi v prípade že daný vodič nevie zákazku vybaviť. V tom prípade je tiež ďalšia zákazka tohto vodiča ktorý pred tým zákazku presunul kolegovi.
  • displacement of the order by 10, 20, 30 minutes etc., when the customer wishes to pick up + driver reminder for this rescheduled order
  • schedule an order from an application to a specific date and time
  • prijatie viacerých zákaziek za sebou (napr. v prípade nočnej smeny kedy pracuje len jeden vodič, alebo ked je jednoducho viac zákaziek)
  • full capacity of all cars - orders are also assigned to busy, but it can be disabled and customers will only receive the system message „No car available“
  • + many other combined situations that the SENSET system automatically takes care of.
